About

About Peptide Source Review

An independent directory of US Peptide Vendors, scored on the same public formula and applied the same way to every vendor.

Who We Are

We are a small team of gym-goers, the same as the people who end up researching peptides in the first place. We got tired of endless scrolling through Reddit threads, half-deleted forum posts, Trustpilot reviews of varying authenticity, and Discord screenshots that all pointed in different directions. Most of the "best peptide vendor" content on the open web turns out to be sponsored, affiliate-stuffed, or written by the vendors themselves under different names. After spending hours on that and getting no closer to a confident answer, we built this.

The goal is simple: bring honesty to a market that does not have much of it, and give consumers a clearer picture of where to buy. No more gatekeeping on forums. No more lab work going unexamined because nobody is actually reading the COAs vendors publish. Everything we score, we publish. Everything we find, we publish. Where we are wrong, we update.

What This Site Is

Peptide Source Review is a directory of US peptide companies, scored using a published, consistent formula. The goal is to give consumers a clear, methodical way to compare vendors that puts lab credibility and transparency first, weighs evidence the same way for every vendor, and shows its work.

Most "best peptide vendor" rankings on the open web are sponsored content, affiliate-driven, or written by the vendors themselves under different names. This site is not one of those.

What This Site Is Not

  • Not a store. We do not sell peptides and we do not ship anything.
  • Not paid promotion. No vendor can pay for its score, rank, testing gate or removal, and no vendor currently pays us for placement of any kind. Our sponsorship policy (see Why Trust Us) allows labelled paid visibility, such as a highlighted card marked "Sponsored", but never a score, rank or gate; we have no sponsors today, and any sponsor will be listed there with its dates. The featured partner slots on the promos page are placements we give to affiliate partners at our discretion, labelled as such, unpaid, and with no effect on any score, rank or gate (see our affiliate disclosure).
  • Not opt-out. A vendor cannot have its review removed on request, including after a disputed finding. We correct anything shown to be wrong, update the review whenever the evidence changes, and a vendor is delisted when it stops selling for good, stops selling directly, or no longer sells to US buyers. A vendor that tells us it is making changes may get a dated "Updates pending" notice, which records the vendor's own account, does not change the score and lapses after 30 days (see How We Rate). The editor may also remove a listing at the editor's discretion, and any such removal is listed below with its date.
    • Removed listings: Ion Peptide, removed 26 October 2026 at the editor's discretion. The removal is not a finding about its products, certificates or conduct.
  • Not medical advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to use any substance. Consult a qualified clinician.
  • Not legal advice. Peptide regulations vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Verify the rules where you live.

The State of the Market

The peptide vendor space has consolidated significantly in 2025 and 2026. Several major vendors, Peptide Sciences, Amino Asylum, Paradigm Peptides and Science.bio among them, have closed, some after regulatory or legal action and some voluntarily. The compounding-pharmacy side has tightened as FDA shortage exemptions for GLP-1 peptides like semaglutide and tirzepatide have ended.

We update the directory as the market changes. If a vendor we list has closed, please let us know.
