Lab evidence re-checked on 2 November 2026 after the company published new reports. All 20 current reports on its report page were confirmed at the issuing laboratory (13 Freedom Diagnostics, 7 ILS Laboratories), adding certificates for MOTS-c, NAD+, ipamorelin, semax, semaglutide, tirzepatide, TB-500 and IGF-1 LR3. Nine products newly offered as pre-orders have no report yet and count as uncovered under our coverage rule, and where a product has several reports the newest is scored. Certificates now cover 16 of the 26 products we list, so the testing cap no longer applies. Lab 4.5 to 6.2.

- Raised from6.16to6.17(+0.01)
Pricing recomputed on 24 October 2026: listings added for newly reviewed vendors moved the market median for the same products: pricing 8.2 to 8.3.
- Lowered from6.19to6.16(-0.03)
Pricing recomputed on 23 October 2026 under the revised rule E1 (standing offers), which prices a size at the lowest total a buyer can pay without a code under standing prices, so a standing offer that includes a second vial at no extra cost now counts at all the milligrams received, in the vendor's own price and in the market medians for the same products: pricing 8.4 to 8.2.
- Raised from5.97to6.19(+0.22)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the published core-product rule (A1b): a missing certificate on one of the 15 most widely carried products still counts fully, while on any other product it now counts at half weight, so a broad catalogue is not penalised as much for its breadth. Lab 4.1 to 4.5. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 5.96 to 5.97; it had been rounded down instead of half up. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 6.18 to 6.19; it had been rounded down instead of half up.
- Re-checked, no change (5.97)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under version 2 of our published rules. No score change. The testing gate is now computed from the certificates instead of set by hand: 8 of 17 products have a certificate from a directory laboratory with the key confirmed at the laboratory, fewer than the half required, so the testing cap applies; the cap sits above the weighted score, so it does not lower it.
- Raised from5.93to5.97(+0.04)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 9.0 to 10.0, pricing 8.8 to 8.4, operating history 3.3 to 2.0, transparency 7.8 to 7.0. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 5.96 to 5.97; it had been rounded down instead of half up.
- Lowered from6.10to5.93(-0.17)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: ILS Laboratories, which issued certificates relied on here, does not publish ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, so the accreditation point no longer applies. Lab 4.4 to 4.1. Note added 22 October 2026: PJLA's register lists ILS Laboratories' accreditation (certificate L25-631) as suspended from 22 October 2026; the accreditation point still does not apply (check L6).
- Lowered from6.11to6.10(-0.01)
Tenure 3.5 to 3.3. The domain was registered in October 2025, so the operating-history score was aligned to its age. Lab and the other subscores are unchanged.
- Lowered from8.03to6.11(-1.92)
Lab evidence re-checked on 20 October 2026 under our coverage rule, which counts a listed product with no published certificate as zero in the lab average. Certificates cover 8 of the 17 products we list that the vendor offers for sale. Lab 7.9 to 4.4.
- Raised from7.93to8.03(+0.10)
Correction: our earlier note that three of the seven verification links on the vendor's site were cut short was wrong; the site links all seven in full, and the truncation was in our own checking. That note did not affect the score and has been removed. Separately, the vendor added a US delivery guarantee that refunds shipping if delivery runs late, so shipping rose 8.5 to 9.0.
- Raised from7.42to7.93(+0.51)
Vendor disputed three points. Shipping and processing upheld in their favour because the policy changed: free US shipping above an order minimum with no membership and a 24-hour dispatch commitment replaced membership-gated free shipping and no stated processing time, so shipping rose 7.0 to 8.5. The verification-link finding was not upheld; investigating it confirmed all seven certificates at the laboratory, so lab rose 7.6 to 7.9. Transparency rose 7.0 to 7.8 for the dated public corrections log.

lab 7.6 / shipping 7.0 / pricing 8.8 / tenure 3.5 / transparency 7.0. Subscores re-derived from the live site; total matches the earlier assessment.
