Editor’s notes
Azyrion Labs publishes certificates from two laboratories. Thirteen from ACS Laboratory in Florida name Azyrion as the client, and we confirmed each one through the laboratory's own portal; they cover identity and purity only. After our review in mid-October 2026 the company added seventeen Freedom Diagnostics reports, eleven of them for products that previously had none, including retatrutide. Fourteen matched the laboratory's own copies exactly, and three could not yet be found at the laboratory when we checked on 20 October 2026. As of that date, certificates cover 23 of the 25 products we list. Two ACS results sit below the 98% level most vendors treat as a minimum: Thymosin Alpha-1 and CJC-1295 with DAC. Prices run above the market, most of all on retatrutide. At our 22 October 2026 check, the site's shipping, refund and terms pages returned not-found errors and it named no company, though its privacy policy gave an Orangeburg, New York street address and the site gave a phone number; the domain was registered in April 2026.
