- Lowered from6.77to6.75(-0.02)
Pricing recomputed on 23 October 2026 under the revised rule E1 (standing offers), which prices a size at the lowest total a buyer can pay without a code under standing prices, so a standing offer that includes a second vial at no extra cost now counts at all the milligrams received, in the vendor's own price and in the market medians for the same products: pricing 5.1 to 5.0.
- Lowered from6.80to6.77(-0.03)
Pricing recomputed on 23 October 2026 from current listings with the published rule (section E), after listings added or updated since 22 October, including a newly reviewed vendor's, moved the market median for the same products: pricing 5.3 to 5.1.
- Raised from6.57to6.80(+0.23)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the published core-product rule (A1b): a missing certificate on one of the 15 most widely carried products still counts fully, while on any other product it now counts at half weight, so a broad catalogue is not penalised as much for its breadth. Lab 7.5 to 7.9. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 6.79 to 6.80; it had been rounded down instead of half up.
- Lowered from6.74to6.57(-0.17)
Claim deductions re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published rule (only site claims contradicted by what the certificates show), each confirmed independently from primary sources. Lab 7.8 to 7.5.
- Raised from6.72to6.74(+0.02)
Operating history re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published rule (earliest dated evidence of the business, including a never-parked store domain and the named operating company, looked up for every vendor): operating history 2.2 to 2.6.
- Lowered from8.21to6.72(-1.49)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 9.5 to 6.5, pricing 9.5 to 5.3, operating history 3.3 to 2.2, transparency 8.5 to 4.5.
- Raised from7.44to8.21(+0.77)
Lab evidence re-checked on 20 October 2026 under our coverage rule, which counts a listed product with no published certificate as zero in the lab average. Certificates cover 12 of the 13 products we list that the vendor offers for sale. Lab 6.4 to 7.8.
- Lowered from8.37to7.44(-0.93)
Lab 8.1 to 6.4. Recomputed under our published rule, which averages the lab score over the products we list and counts a listed product with no certificate as zero. The Freedom Diagnostics certificates were read firsthand, not confirmed at the laboratory, apart from one ARA-290 report that we confirmed on the laboratory's site and that shows 53.90% purity. We hold no certificate for the BPC-157/TB-500 blend. The 23 July 2026 entry now says the certificates were read firsthand.
- Raised from8.18to8.37(+0.19)
Re-audited from live COAs, read firsthand. Every report is Freedom Diagnostics Testing (A-tier), mass-spec confirmed. Notable upgrade: the GLP flagship line now adds endotoxin (USP<85> LAL), microbial PCR, and fentanyl screening on top of purity, so the lab rating was raised. Still no sterility or heavy-metals testing, which keeps it below the top tier.
