Editor’s notes
Drexa Labs verifies better than almost anyone here: every one of its six published certificates can be confirmed directly with the laboratory using the access code printed on it, and the laboratory is ILS Laboratories: PJLA's register lists its ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (certificate L25-631) as suspended from 22 October 2026, so it earns no accreditation point. The panel is unusual in a good way, adding a fentanyl screen alongside purity, identity and net content, and the reported content runs over label on the examples we checked. The problem is how little it covers. Six certificates stand against a forty-seven product catalogue, and all six print the same lot number, LOT-DREXA-003, so the lot number does not identify a separate batch for each compound. Nothing carries endotoxin or sterility testing. At our October 2026 audit, pricing was well below the market median on most compounds. Shipping is also good: free above an order minimum, same-day dispatch on orders placed by 2pm Central, shipped tracked and insured from Louisiana. Two things readers should weigh. The domain was registered in May 2026, which is what the operating-history score reflects. And the catalogue sells capsules and a copper peptide serum next to research vials, which does not sit comfortably with research-use-only framing. As of October 2026, certificates cover 4 of the 32 products we list, all verified at the laboratory.
