First full audit, read through a customer account because the whole site requires registration; the May score was a placeholder. Lab rises from 0.5 to 8.0 and testing is now counted as third-party: the newest certificate for each tracked product was checked, and all but one of the Freedom Diagnostics reports resolve at the laboratory with matching results and endotoxin testing, plus a verified ILS full panel for retatrutide. Shipping rises from 4.6 to 6.0 (FedEx two-day, same-day dispatch, but parcel protection only as a paid add-on and no refund policy). Pricing rises from 7.2 to 8.2 on live prices slightly below the market. Tenure falls from 5.9 to 2.8: the domain dates from April 2025, not 2012 as the May record stated. Transparency falls from 3.3 to 2.5: no company or address is published.
Editor’s notes
Felix Chemical Supply publishes a deep certificate library: a page for each product listing every lot it has tested since early 2025, often more than a dozen per compound. We checked the newest certificate for each product we track. Every Freedom Diagnostics report but one resolves at the laboratory with the same purity and Felix Chemical Supply named as the client, and the recent reports include endotoxin testing. An earlier retatrutide lot carries an ILS Laboratories report with a full panel, including sterility, endotoxin and heavy metals, which checks out on the ILS portal. On 23 October 2026 we confirmed seven newer certificates from June 2026 at the issuing laboratories, including ILS Laboratories reports for ipamorelin, Selank and semaglutide. When we checked the full certificate library on 22 October 2026, 420 of 456 certificate codes resolved at the issuing laboratories; 36 Freedom Diagnostics codes were not found there, including two April 2026 lots (tirzepatide and GHK-Cu) and 17 lots received in December 2025. A few March 2026 files are scanned images we could not machine-read. Freedom is not an accredited laboratory. GLP-1 compounds are sold under code names such as Peptide-T and Peptide-R. When we re-read prices on 22 October 2026, they sat at about the market median per milligram across the 12 products we compared. Orders ship by FedEx 2nd Day Air, the same day before 6 PM Pacific. A lost parcel may not be replaced or reimbursed unless the optional paid shipping protection is added at checkout. The returns policy, read on 22 October 2026, accepts no returns but says the company will do its best to replace incorrect, damaged or unusable orders. The whole site requires an account. On 22 October 2026 it listed a Saint Augustine, Florida address and a customer-service phone number, but named no registered company behind the store. The domain dates from April 2025.
