Shipping falls from 8.5 to 5.5: free reshipment of lost parcels is confirmed, but all sales are final and there is no card payment. Pricing moves from 9.5 to 7.7: list prices are about a third above the market median, while the standing site-wide reduction brings them about 5% below it; the score is reduced slightly because every product is shown as permanently marked down from a struck-through price.
