- Lowered from8.12to8.11(-0.01)
Pricing recomputed on 24 October 2026 after Bionova Peptides' first-review prices were recorded; other vendors move only through the market medians: pricing 9.0 to 8.9.
- Raised from8.07to8.12(+0.05)
Lab deductions independently re-verified from primary sources on 22 October 2026; a deduction that could not be confirmed was removed or reduced. Lab 8.5 to 8.6.
- Raised from7.94to8.07(+0.13)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 7.8 to 9.0, operating history 2.0 to 1.3, transparency 5.0 to 3.5.
- Raised from7.33to7.94(+0.61)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: earlier judgement deductions that are not part of the published rubric were removed; fixed deductions apply for site statements about testing that the certificates do not bear out. Lab 7.4 to 8.5.
- Raised from7.05to7.33(+0.28)
Second vendor-requested reassessment, verified on the live site the same evening. Lab rises from 7.2 to 7.4: the quality page now states which laboratory tests which product and what each panel covers, the retatrutide Freedom Diagnostics report is labelled as Freedom's, the tesamorelin date matches the ILS record, and the certificates still match the laboratories. The about, FAQ and research pages still describe every batch as tested by accredited laboratories, which the Freedom reports are not. Shipping rises from 7.0 to 7.8: sealed returns within seven days now get a free return label, damage, loss and theft share one seven-day claim window, and the weekday same-day cutoff is stated consistently. Transparency rises from 4.8 to 5.0: the dosage calculator and the trial results on product pages are gone, but 26 dosage and protocol articles quoting clinical dosing and reconstitution concentrations remain, and no operating company or address is published.
- Raised from6.61to7.05(+0.44)
Vendor-requested reassessment, verified on the live site. Lab rises from 6.8 to 7.2: tesamorelin now carries an ILS Laboratories full-panel certificate, confirmed on the laboratory's portal, so every product has lab-verified testing; the quality page still overstates the testing. Shipping rises from 6.0 to 7.0: the returns policy now matches the homepage, reshipping lost, damaged or stolen parcels at no cost. Transparency rises from 4.5 to 4.8: the terms carry a current date and trial results are cited as literature, but no operating company or address is published and the dosage calculator remains.
- Raised from6.59to6.61(+0.02)
Correction. The review said the site summarizes trace heavy-metal results for retatrutide lot D687432 as not detected. That was our error: ILS Laboratories' own certificate for that lot prints all five metals as not detected, and the trace cadmium and mercury values appear only in the laboratory's online record, so the site reproduces the laboratory's certificate. The statement is removed and transparency rises from 4.0 to 4.5. The other points stand.
