Shipping 8.5 to 7.0: free shipping and card payment remain, but standard service is now FedEx 3-Day and nothing is refundable once shipped. Pricing 8.0 to 7.6: live prices sit at about the market median. Tenure 4.0 to 2.5: the domain dates from March 2025, and the July figure leaned on review volume. Transparency 8.0 to 3.5: the footer review rating comes from a site run by the vendor's own operators, the 'over 12 years' claim conflicts with the domain age, the address has changed, and a sister company in a UAE free zone is listed.

Editor’s notes

Prime Lab Peptides has grown from a GLP-1 range into a catalogue of about 40 compounds, each with a certificate image on its product page. The page text names Freedom Diagnostics for nearly all of them. We confirmed seven February 2026 reports, covering tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide and orforglipron, at the laboratory's own site, where the lot numbers and purities match. The rest are images without a verification code we could read, so they could not be checked at the laboratory, and two carry inconsistencies: one GHK-Cu lot appears with two different purities, and one NAD+ report states exactly 100.00%. None of the seven reports we confirmed at the laboratory covers endotoxin or sterility, and the panels on the other certificate images were not recorded. Orders ship free within the US by FedEx or UPS, with same-day dispatch on weekday orders before 1 PM Eastern and card payment. The refund policy says shipped orders are not refundable, though damaged or wrong items are replaced, a lost parcel is referred to the carrier for a claim, and the FAQ promises a full refund if a product fails independent testing. In October 2026 prices ran about a fifth above the market median, shown against higher struck-through prices. The company names a Miami suite address and a sister company in a Sharjah free zone. Its footer rating comes from a review site run by the same operators, and its claim of over 12 years in business sits against a domain registered in March 2025.
