Every entry newest first

  1. Lowered from8.05to7.94(-0.11)

Market medians updated on 3 November 2026 after the Prime Peptides re-check added priced listings: pricing 7.0 to 6.3.

  2. Lowered from8.10to8.05(-0.05)

Lab evidence re-checked on 3 November 2026. Seven products the company sells were missing from our listings and now count under our coverage rule (the CJC-1295/ipamorelin blend, MOTS-c, NAD+, glutathione, melanotan I, KLOW and GLOW); each has a certificate confirmed at the issuing laboratory, but the KLOW and GLOW reports carry no purity figure and the only melanotan I report is more than 12 months old. Sermorelin and tirzepatide are now scored from their newest certificates. Lab 8.7 to 8.6.

  3. Lowered from8.15to8.10(-0.05)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under the published rulebook, which now gives one rule for each judgement call and applies it to every vendor: transparency 6.5 to 5.5.

  4. Raised from8.00to8.15(+0.15)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 8.5 to 9.0, pricing 7.2 to 7.0, transparency 5.0 to 6.5. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 8.14 to 8.15; it had been rounded down instead of half up.

  5. Raised from7.67to8.00(+0.33)

Janoshik certificates confirmed on 22 October 2026 at the laboratory's own verification site, so each confirmed report now earns the key-confirmed credit under our published lab rule. Lab 8.1 to 8.7.

  6. Raised from7.62to7.67(+0.05)

Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: every listed product was rescored on the same fixed certificate points, with fixed deductions for site statements about testing that the certificates do not bear out. Lab 8.0 to 8.1.

  7. Raised from7.00to7.62(+0.62)

Re-audited 2026-10-18 from the live site, replacing the May 2026 seed score, which was based on cached snippets because the site then blocked us. Lab 6.96 to 8.0: 17 Freedom Diagnostics certificates with endotoxin testing were found at the laboratory (16 vendor files opened and matched), and three Kovera reports and four Bioviridian reports all matched at the laboratories, held back by about half the catalogue relying on Janoshik reports we cannot check. Shipping stays at 8.5: weekday FedEx 2-Day Air and 30-day returns on unopened items with a prepaid label. Pricing 8.5 to 7.2: live standard prices measured at about the market median. Tenure 2.0 to 3.7: the domain dates from January 2024. Transparency 2.0 to 5.0: the operator, addresses, phone and governing law are now published, weighed against the December 2024 FDA warning letter over products it still sells and a coded name for tirzepatide.

Score changes for every vendor are on the score changes page. Prime Peptides may display its current score with the score badge, which updates automatically and has no effect on the score.
