  5. Raised from3.94to3.95(+0.01)

Market medians updated after Delix Labs and Ageless Peptides were added pricing 7.7 to 7.8.

  6. Lowered from3.95to3.94(-0.01)

Market medians updated after AminoWave Labs was added pricing 7.8 to 7.7.

  7. Lowered from4.01to3.95(-0.06)

Laboratory grades re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published laboratory rulebook (checks L1 to L6 on How We Rate). Vanguard Laboratory's A2LA accreditation does not cover peptide testing (its scope lists microbiology, trace elements, preservatives and residual solvents), so its certificates no longer earn the accreditation point (check L6); its identity test is by HPLC retention time (check L4), which grades it B+. This affects one PSPeptides certificate (retatrutide). Lab 2.3 to 2.2.

  8. Lowered from4.06to4.01(-0.05)

Claim deductions re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published rule (only site claims contradicted by what the certificates show), each confirmed independently from primary sources. Lab 2.4 to 2.3. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 4.00 to 4.01; it had been rounded down instead of half up.

  9. Raised from4.05to4.06(+0.01)

Operating history re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published rule (earliest dated evidence of the business, including a never-parked store domain and the named operating company, looked up for every vendor): operating history 1.6 to 1.9.

  10. Raised from3.85to4.05(+0.20)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under the published rulebook, which now gives one rule for each judgement call and applies it to every vendor: shipping and refunds 6.0 to 7.0.

  11. Re-checked, no change (3.85)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under version 2 of our published rules. No score change. The testing gate is now computed from the certificates instead of set by hand: 1 of 19 products have a certificate from a directory laboratory with the key confirmed at the laboratory, fewer than the half required, so the testing cap applies; the cap sits above the weighted score, so it does not lower it.

  12. Lowered from4.19to3.85(-0.34)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 6.8 to 6.0, pricing 8.3 to 7.8, operating history 1.8 to 1.6, transparency 3.5 to 1.5.

  13. Raised from3.15to4.19(+1.04)

Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: documents from North American Diagnostics, a laboratory we could not establish as independent, now score the fixed 2.0 the rubric gives such documents instead of zero. Lab 0.5 to 2.4.

  14. Lowered from3.97to3.15(-0.82)

Lab 2.0 to 0.5, correcting the arithmetic behind the 18 October 2026 figure. Only the retatrutide certificates, from Vanguard Laboratory, are independent evidence; the North American Diagnostics documents carry no weight, as our notes say, but the earlier calculation still gave them about a point each.

  15. Lowered from6.97to3.97(-3.00)

Re-audited 18 October 2026, replacing the 7 July 2026 review. Lab fell from 7.0 to 2.0. The July score treated North American Diagnostics as a real third-party lab. This audit found that its website carries the same mail-account ownership token as the vendor's domain and shares its, registrar and nameservers with the vendor's domain, that 781 of its 796 published reports name this vendor, that its sterility results were issued too quickly for the method they cite, and that four report sets are dated after their own publication. Only the retatrutide certificates, from Vanguard Laboratory, whose ISO/IEC 17025 scope does not cover peptide testing, were confirmed at an independent laboratory. Shipping moved from 7.2 to 6.8: shipping is fast and cards are accepted, but claim windows are short, packed orders cannot be cancelled, and buying requires an account. Pricing moved from 8.2 to 8.3 on a fresh read of 45 products. Tenure fell from 2.8 to 1.8 because the domain is under a year old. Transparency fell from 6.2 to 3.5: the site names no company, address or staff, its stated founding year conflicts with its domain records, and its own pages give conflicting answers on phone support. Note added 22 October 2026: Vanguard Laboratory's A2LA accreditation does not cover peptide testing, so it is not counted as accredited (check L6).
